Pro Se Electronic Document Upload

The Pro Se Electronic Document Upload Program is a temporary service provided by the court due to the COVID-19 crisis.  This program may be used by parties not represented by an attorney who need to present documents to the court for filing as an alternative to mailing or bringing the documents to the courthouse. Documents received after 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday will not be reviewed for filing until the next business day. ECF users must file using CM/ECF. This program is not to be used  by attorneys.

The Court strongly encourages debtors to consult with legal counsel before filing any documents with the Court. You may obtain free information about the bankruptcy process and filing requirements from the pro se law clerk's office.
