Payment of court fees (including filing fees and installment payments, copies, recordings of hearings, etc.) may be paid online via debit card, PayPal, or ACH (electronic payment from a bank account).
The online payment program cannot be used for Chapter 13 plan payments to be paid to the trustees.
Registered CM/ECF users must continue to submit payment of court filing fees directly in CM/ECF when filing a document with the Court. The online payment program is for payment of fees that, until now, have been paid by mail, drop box, or at the intake counter. Registered CM/ECF users may use the online payment program to pay these fees.

Notice Regarding ACH Payments: ACH payments rejected by your financial institution due to insufficient funds will be assessed a service charge of $53.00. Multiple instances of rejected ACH payments due to the entry of incorrect account numbers will also be assessed a $53.00 service charge.
