NOTICE TO ATTORNEYS INTERESTED IN REPRESENTING PRO SE DEBTORS
Access to Bankruptcy Court ("ABC") is a non-profit corporation formed to provide legal representation to low income individuals who are considering filing a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. ABC is seeking attorneys who would like to participate in ABC by representing pro se debtors in exchange for a flat fee. If you are interested in being on the panel of attorneys to whom ABC refers pro se debtors, please complete the application on the ABC website. That website is located at accesstobankruptcycourt.com. Applications must be received by August 19, 2011. All applications received by the deadline will be reviewed the ABC Board of Directors. All attorneys selected to be on the panel will be notified by mid-September, 2011.
