To electronically file in the Eastern District of Michigan Bankruptcy Court, an attorney must:

1. Be admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan.
2. Complete a bankruptcy attorney training course. See below for the court's online training videos.
3. After watching the training videos, acknowledge the court's CM/ECF Terms of Agreement.
4. Register for a PACER account.
