NOTICE REGARDING PROHIBITION OF ADVERTISEMENTS PLACED IN BANKRUPTCY PLEADINGS
It has come to the Court’s attention that some papers containing advertisements or links to advertisements have been filed in cases by means of the Court’s ECF system. Please take notice that papers filed with the Court shall not contain any advertisements or links to advertisements by or on behalf of any party. Effective immediately, any papers filed in the Court’s ECF system containing advertisements or links to advertisements in any form shall be stricken without further notice. Attorneys should thoroughly investigate any software that places an advertisement or advertising link on a document and immediately discontinue its use.
