CHANGE TO THE BANKRUPTCY COURT MISCELLANEOUS FEE SCHEDULE

The Judicial Conference, at its March 2020 session, approved changes to the Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule. The new filing fees will become effective December 1, 2020.

The Court’s external website (www.mieb.uscourts.gov) contains a complete list of all fee changes that go into effect. The new fee schedule will be posted to the “Fee Schedule” section of the homepage on December 1, 2020.
