ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 05-01
REGARDING CLOSING THE COURT
ON FRIDAY, MAY 27, 2005
_________________________________/

At the close of business on Thursday, May 26, 2005, the court will begin the
process of converting it’s electronic database from BANCAP to CM/ECF (Case
Management/Electronic Case Filing), a new system designed to allow for the filing of
papers by electronic means. To ensure a successful conversion, the United States
Bankruptcy Court and Clerk’s Offices in all three court locations will be closed and
inaccessible on Friday, May 27, 2005.

F.R. Bank. P. 9006(a) allows for the extension of time to file a pleading or paper
when weather or other conditions have made the Clerk’s Office inaccessible. Since the
Clerk’s Office in all three court locations will be closed and inaccessible on May 27,
2005, the time to file a pleading or paper will be extended. NOW THEREFORE,
IT IS ORDERED that the Court and Clerk’s Offices be closed on Friday, May 27,
2005.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that in the event May 27, 2005, was the last day of a
designated period to file a pleading or other paper, the time to timely file such pleading
or other paper is extended to May 31, 2005, in accordance with Bankruptcy Rule
9006(a).
