NOTICE TO CHAPTER 13 BANKRUPTCY PRACTITIONERS FOR CASES ASSIGNED TO JUDGE THOMAS J. TUCKER EFFECTIVE APRIL 7, 2005
As the Court announced in December, beginning on Thursday, April 7, 2005, both Judge McIvor and Judge Tucker will hear Chapter 13 matters on Thursdays. In an effort to minimize courtroom conflicts for attorneys with cases scheduled on Thursdays, Judge Tucker is assigning debtor attorneys to permanent time slots for status conferences, as Judge McIvor has done for some time. These time slots are listed below, and will be used beginning on April 7, 2005. If your name does not appear on this list, please contact the courtroom deputy to
set a time.
We remind you to advise your clients to appear at the time scheduled for your status conferences, since the current “Notice of Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Case” sets all confirmation hearings at 9:00 a.m. Thank you for your assistance.
