Operational Status

Intake counters at the Clerk’s Office in Detroit, Flint and Bay City are open. Unrepresented filers may also file by mailing the documents to any of the three Clerk’s Office locations or by drop box located in the lobby of each office.

Masks are required in all public areas.

April 25, 2022 Please be advised that there has been a confirmed case of COVID-19 at the 211 W. Fort Building on the 21st floor. The individual was last at the building on Friday, April 22nd. GSA has been notified and has instructed the janitorial staff to disinfect all door handles, common surfaces, entryways and elevators on the floor as quickly as practical. The court will post the information to the COVID-19 section of the website and send any necessary GovDelivery updates.
