ECF User Registration

To become a registered ECF User, a creditor must request a login and password from the Eastern District of Michigan by completing the registration form. The following entities are authorized to register as ECF Users according to ECF Procedure 4 (b):

  1. Entities authorized to appear on behalf of child support creditor;
  2. Entities authorized to file applications to withdraw unclaimed funds
  3. Entities authorized to submit reaffirmation agreements; and
  4. Entities authorized to submit notices of transferred claims
  5. Any entity filing a proof of claim.
Creditors are not required to attend training. Fill in the form below to complete the registration process. Upon completion of the registration form, the court will issue an ECF login and password which will be sent to the email address provided through registration.
