National Creditor Registration Service (NCRS) is a free service provided by the US Bankruptcy Court to give creditors options to specify a preferred US mail, e:mail or fax number to which notices should be sent.
In preparation for the new Case Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) system, the Court strongly encourages attorneys and creditors to participate in the Electronic Bankruptcy Noticing (EBN) service. Through EBN, participants receive bankruptcy court notices via e-mail and therefore faster.
For more information, visit the electronic noticing web page at www.ebnuscourts.com or call the Bankruptcy Noticing Center at 1-877-837-3424. For a copy of the EBN brochure from the Administrative Office of the US Courts, go to www.mieb.uscourts.gov/EBNbrochure.pdf.
