Requests for duplicate tapes of 341 meeting hearings may be obtained from the Office of the U.S. Trustee, (313)226-7999.
Chapter 7, 341 hearing tapes are kept for a minimum of six months after the hearing.
Chapter 11, 341 hearing tapes are kept by the U.S. Trustee until the case is either confirmed, converted or dismissed.
